I've been pretty hooked on the Texas / Red Dirt music scene since I got out of the Army. I find the fact that most of these guys write their own music and play what they want is awesome. Even though I'm 10 -15 years old than most of these cats, I can relate to most of their songs. So either I'm real immature ( go figure) or they just have the ability to sing songs that have a common denominator across generations.
Work hard this week, you owe it to your employer. Play harder this week, you owe it to yourself.
