Execution

There I said it.

It is the only outcome that should be applied to the coward at Ft.Hood. Now, I know many people would say, "with your background what else would you say." I would of course tell you to go screw yourself and upon completion, feel free to debate with me on why there should be any other outcome. I'll lay out the facts as they are and then if your only defense is something shitty like "two wrongs don't make a right" or "it won't bring the others back", the conversation will end and I'll know that your intelligent ability to process and debate is not worth another moment of my time.

Lets start with the basic argument that in the State of Texas you can be put to death for murder. Murder is typically defined as the unlawful killing of another individual with INTENT. Now, actions before he went to work and during the shooting certainly show INTENT. So, if you really break this down to it's simplest form he is eligible for the death penalty. Now why should we decide that he does get it.

Perhaps because as a member of the United States Army ( member is all shitbag gets out of me, I refuse to call him Major or even by his muslim name)this Officer decided the Oath he swore previously was now null and void and that his own beliefs should be put in front of what his job position and chain of command has decided is the greater good and course of action for now?

Now, before your rebuttal starts with anything about the wars being wrong, accomplishing nothing or no weapons of mass destruction let me say this. If your against it and you don't want to go, there are certainly other ways to express this and you suffer the consequences that go with them. These days, typically a slap on the wrist and a less than honorable discharge. You simply sit down and say "I'm not going and you can't make me". It does not require you to state your support for suicide bombers and terrorists, communicate with a jihad propagandist out of Yemen or wait, Yell "Allah Akabar" prior to opening fire. Somewhere in all this, this muslim decided that his beliefs and his causes were priority over those of the Government who was paying all his bills for him.

13 dead and 21 injured. The injured account for 21 who may never be the same. Who knows how many countless extended family members this affects for the 13 dead.

Wait, I know your next line of crap. "It's obvious that his treating all these returning soldiers had an adverse effect on him and caused him to snap." Really? That's the best you can do? Oh and trust me, I have no doubt whatever stupid human interest group defends him will say that he had PTSD and that will be their defense. However, I give you 9 years of war with physicans of all make and models, some in country, some at Walter Reed and yet, to date, this is the first one who picked up arms on American soil and executed unarmed American Soliders.

Now did he commit a terrorist attack? This is defined as a surprise attack of violence against civilians in order to obtain your religious or political aims. Or something like that.

Surprise? I'd say that everyone on Ft. Hood was surprised by an armed doctor or anyone else opening fire, hence the reason they don't carry their weapons on post in America.

Violent? - See the body count again

Obtaining religous or political aims - Hmm, "Allah Akabar" sounds a bit religous and if his political view was that the war was unjust and he was not going, I'd say he obtained that.

And while the attack did affect many military personell, there were two civilian deaths.

Seems to add up to a terrorist act.

What about the warning signs? Interesting question there, but I'll say that our political correctness in this country knows no bounds. Claims of racial profiling / playing the race card is the easiest way to get out of anything and its a fine line you walk if you confront someone about it. "Islamaphobia" exists in more ways that one and military officers / elected officials all know this.

I think my arguments add up to execution but I'll end with one last tidbit.

Francheska Velez of Chicago had just returned home from an Iraq deployment and was looking to make the military a career, she was preparing to return home to Chicago for leave. She was executed by this coward at the age of 21. She was also pregnant.

Jurena...out
